Easy and safe return

Please note that returns are possible up to 14 days after the shipping date and that return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Return instructions

1.Send an email to ordini@rafbrand.com and indicate the order number, reason for return and photos of the upper and lower part of the shoe

2.Raf Brand srls will indicate how to prepare the package.

3. A Raf Brand srls employee will check the returned merchandise and send an email confirming the return.

4.Within 15 business days, you will receive a refund of the amount spent by bank transfer.

Return conditions

- The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not have marks of any kind, the security seal/label attached to the soles and/or any other part of the shoes must not be removed or altered in color or shape.

- Each product must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

- All shoes must be returned together with their original box, which is considered for all purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.

- In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or errors occur in shipments by Raf Brand, please follow the same instructions above. Raf Brand; reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

-Raf Brand reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of exchange.

-Raf Brand: will not accept returned merchandise if the return does not meet all terms and conditions of the returns policy. In such cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender to the original shipping address upon payment of shipping costs.
