Conditions of sale
These conditions of sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, govern the purchase contracts between the seller and the buyer concerning the products marketed by RAF BRAND SRLS - P.I 04228010619.

1) Information on the content of the website and copyrights
The user agrees not to reproduce, distribute, sell, trade, resell or exploit for commercial purposes the content of the website.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website's services, the Website's security systems or the Website's content. Before placing your order, you should check the specifications and compatibility of each of the products and, in case of doubt, contact us.
The administrators of Raf brand srls work constantly to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed on the website. However, the site does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Please note that photographs are provided for informational purposes only and may show some product accessories that may not be included in the standard sales package.

2) User Account
Use of the Site or certain portions of the Site requires the creation of a user account.
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password; you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you suspect that the security of your account has been breached, please inform the Site administrator as soon as possible.
Raf brand srls. is not responsible for any damages that may result from unauthorized use of your user account.

3) Prices
All the prices of the published products are expressed in Euros and do not include taxes, duties and tariffs applicable in the country of destination of the products, if different from Italy, which will be charged to the customer.
Raf brand srl. reserves the right to modify the price of the products, at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the site at the time of placing the order and that it will not take into account the variations (upward or downward) after the transmission of the order, except for the increases imposed by law in relation to taxes, fees and duties.

4) Limitations of liability
In no event shall the site and the company operating the website be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages for the use of this site or any other hyperlinked website, including, without limitation, replacement costs, business interruption, loss of data or damages resulting from the use of or reliance on the information provided.
Any information or news provided on this site, and in particular any information or news relating to health conditions, medical and/or preventive treatments, medications, pathologies or disorders is presented for general information purposes only and for the sole purpose of guiding the user towards a correct and informed choice.

The information contained in the website is a faithful reproduction of what is communicated by the suppliers/distributors of the product and in no case should replace the direct relationship between health professional and patient; Raf brand srls reports in its data sheets the official data available on the websites of the manufacturers and, therefore, is not responsible for the contents and their accuracy, so the use of the products and the assumption of the same remains under the sole responsibility of the customer.

Raf brand srls is not responsible for any inconsistencies regarding the characteristics indicated on the labels of individual products, even if they are related to incorrect translations from the native language of the country where the products are manufactured.
This website does not provide medical advice and is in no way a substitute for the advice of your physician.

If you suffer from any disease, you should consult your treating physician before purchasing and/or using and/or taking products purchased on the site. To this end, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully check the label of the products purchased (when indicated by the manufacturer) for the possible presence of allergens and to verify their compatibility with their own health conditions.

5) Right of withdrawal
Under current legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, which guarantees them the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the costs incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been opened after delivery.
The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, i.e.

in the absence of the original packaging
in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.).
In case of prolonged use incompatible with the aforementioned handling.

5.1 Return conditions



Easy and safe return

Please note that returns are possible up to 14 days after the date of shipment and that the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Return instructions

1. Send an email to ordini@rafbrand.com and indicate the order number, reason for return and photos of the top and bottom of the shoe.

2. Raf Brand srls indicates how to prepare the package.

3. An employee of Raf Brand srls checks the returned goods and sends an email with the confirmation of the return.

4. Within 15 working days, you will receive the refund of the amount spent by bank transfer.

Return conditions

- The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and free of marks of any kind, the safety seal/label attached to the soles and/or any other part of the shoes must not be removed or altered in color or shape.

- Each product must be returned including all original tags, packaging and accessories received with the order.

- All shoes must be returned together with their original box, which is considered for all purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole outer packaging.

- In case the Customer receives defective goods, or if there are errors in shipments by Raf Brand srls, please follow the same instructions above. Raf Brand srls reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of defective goods.

- Raf Brand srls reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. At the time of exchange, additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Raf Brand srls will not accept merchandise returns if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender to the original shipping address upon payment of shipping charges.

6) Damaged products

In case of receiving damaged products, the customer must notify us of the problem within 14 days by sending an email to info@rafbrand.com, indicating “damaged items and reference order number” in the subject line of the email.
If you receive a damaged item, you must keep the original box and packaging, taking care to properly photograph the damaged items.
If the courier receives a damaged package, the customer must sign for it with reservation, or refuse the package by notifying the problem to info@rafbrand.com.

7) Obligations of the buyer

The buyer, by accepting the terms and conditions of sale, undertakes to

to pay through one of the payment services indicated by the carrier;
to be available, according to the conditions of the carrier, to receive the ordered products;
not to provide false reviews or false experiences in the use of the products, either on the operator's site or on third party sites not directly managed by the company.
In particular, we remind you that in case of non-receipt of the products sent cash on delivery, Raf brand srls will be entitled to claim the refund of the costs incurred by the failed shipment.

8) Proof of purchase
Current legislation establishes that mail order sales are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice or receipt.
For all cases where it is necessary to show proof of purchase (e.g. for warranty replacements), the courier's receipt shall be retained.

9) How to pick up the product
When proceeding with the order, the customer mandates our contracted couriers to collect the product from our warehouses on his behalf and for his account and, in case of cash on delivery, to organize the delivery.

10) Shipping hours
Orders are shipped by the Raf brand from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Orders for items already in stock are shipped on the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers. N.B. Shipping may take longer during periods of sales, promotions, events or national holidays. Shipping costs can be consulted on our website when ordering.

11) Payment

If you purchase with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

You can also purchase with Paypal and credit/debit card.
