All published product prices are expressed in Euros and do not include taxes, fees and tariffs applicable in the country of destination of the products, if this is different from Italy, which will be borne by the customer.
Raf brand srl. reserves the right to modify the price of the products, at any time, without prior notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the site at the time of placing the order and that it will not take into account the variations (at increase or decrease) after the transmission of the order, except for increases imposed by law in relation to taxes, fees and tariffs.

The information contained on the website is a faithful reproduction of what was communicated by the suppliers/distributors of the product and in no case should it replace the direct relationship between the healthcare professional and the patient; Raf brand srls informs in its technical sheets of the official data available on the manufacturers' websites and, therefore, is not responsible for its content and accuracy, so the use of the products and the assumption thereof remains under the exclusive responsibility of the client.

Raf brand srls is not responsible for inconsistencies regarding the characteristics indicated on the labels of individual products, even if they are related to incorrect translations from the mother tongue of the country in which the products are manufactured.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been opened after delivery.
The customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, i.e.

in the absence of the original packaging
in the absence of components of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.).
In case of prolonged use incompatible with the aforementioned manipulation.

5.1 Return conditions

Easy and safe return

Please note that returns are possible up to 14 days after the shipping date and that return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Return instructions

1. Send an email to ordini@rafbrand.com and indicate the order number, the reason for the return and photos of the upper and lower part of the shoe

2. Raf Brand srls indicates how to prepare the package.

3. A Raf Brand srls employee checks the returned merchandise and sends an email confirming the return.

4. Within 15 business days, you will receive a refund of the amount spent by bank transfer.

Return conditions

- The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not have marks of any kind, the security seal/label attached to the soles and/or any other part of the shoes must not be removed or altered in color or shape.

- Each product must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

- All shoes must be returned together with their original box, which is considered for all purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.

- In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or if there are errors in shipments by Raf Brand srls, please follow the same instructions as above. Raf Brand srls reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return of defective merchandise.

- Raf Brand srls reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of exchange.

- Raf Brand srls will not accept returns of merchandise if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the returns policy. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender to the original shipping address upon payment of shipping costs.

6) Damaged products
In case of receiving damaged products, the customer must notify us of the problem within a maximum period of 14 days by sending an email to info@rafbrand.com, indicating in the subject of the email "damaged items and order number of reference".
If you receive a damaged item, you must keep the original box and packaging, taking care to properly photograph the damaged items.
If the courier receives a damaged package, the customer must sign with reservation, or reject the package by notifying the problem to info@rafbrand.com . 

7) Obligations of the buyer
The buyer, by accepting the conditions of sale, undertakes to

pay through one of the payment services indicated by the operator;
be available, in accordance with the carrier's conditions, to receive the ordered products;
not provide false reviews or false experiences in using the products, whether on the operator's site or on third-party sites not managed directly by the company.
In particular, we remind you that in the event of non-receipt of the products sent on delivery, Raf brand srls will have the right to claim reimbursement of the costs incurred by the failed shipment.

8) Proof of purchase
Current legislation establishes that mail order sales are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice or receipt.
For all cases where it is necessary to show proof of purchase (for example, for warranty replacements), the courier coupon will be considered valid and will be properly stored.

9) How to collect the products
By proceeding with the order, the customer mandates our contracted couriers to collect the product from our warehouses on his behalf and at his expense and, in the case of cash on delivery, to organize the delivery.

10) Shipping schedule
Orders are shipped by the Raf brand from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Orders for items already in stock are shipped on the first business day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers. NB Shipping may take longer during sales periods, promotions, events or national holidays. Shipping costs can be found on our website when placing your order.

11) Payments
If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the terms will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, the related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
